In 1990, I found out my Kolbe A™ results. It has made all the difference in the decisions and choices I make for my life. Actually, it impacted the decision to choose Kolbe as the foundation for the consulting and training services we provide.
The Kolbe index is different than other assessments because the Kolbe focuses on your striving instincts; and your striving instincts power your actions. Kolbe will tell you the "verbs" about yourself, not the adjectives.
What will you come to understand about yourself? You will understand what engages you to initiate certain actions, while you procrastinate or avoid others. You will gain insight into how to channel and harness your own personal energy for maximum productivity.
You will understand the communication differences you have with others and the conflicts that this can cause. You will understand what causes you stress and how to minimize it. You will understand when you need to enlist the help of others for your project to succeed. You will understand why certain career roles worked for you and why others did not. You will understand why certain managers brought out your talents, while others simply squelched them.
My belief is that right after prayer, God gave us Kolbe as a tool for making life work. My hope is that you too will discover its value in every facet of your life.
