As the RightFit™ for the role of Client Services Manager, Monica comes to PSG with 15 years of experience in customer service and banking. She focuses her organized and efficient mode of operation (MO) toward providing timely and quality service; and finding solutions that satisfy customer needs.
She spent her childhood years in Iowa and is a graduate of Dordt College.
Monica and her husband Brent, have two beautiful children, along with a great family dog. Ryder, Renna and Lady make her life interesting and full of surprises!
Brent and Monica have a heart for missions, and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities with their family.
